Hola My friends I hope you are all doing wonderful. In this episode we touch base on owning our feelings in order to clear the mind.  Sometimes we don't think about what may be hurting us deep down inside that is allowing these negative thoughts to become a part of who we are. Last week once I launched the episode, I realized that my negative thoughts about my ability to do a podcast was showing up because I was still embarrassed about running away from home when I was 15. I lived in a very loving home, and I just wanted to have a boyfriend, but little did I know then that my mother's fight or flight way of trying to defend me by giving me all of her negative talk was her way of trying to stop me from being with someone that would eventually become my abuser for years to come.  When that emotion came up for me, I began to break it down and instantly noticed where the negatives words coming from. Fear of others knowing my story, a story that hurt my parents and I carried as an embarrassment.  As I began to own that feeling I felt this weight lift of my shoulders and suddenly my fog cleared up and fear became proudness.  So today I Invite you to begin owning your feelings as you discover their why, acknowledge them for who they are, the roles they have played and flip the switch on that imposter. knowing the why of those negative thoughts will clear the mind to accept that you are growing, and she will begin to clear allow you to see the true beautiful soul you are!
