Self-care should be on the non-negotiable list!

Boy I missed our weekly chats, and I am so excited to be here, I hope you are as well.
In this week's chat we recap on our previous discussions and then we flip the switch and quickly learn how to manage our time in order to add our selfcare time to that huge to do list. As mothers we tend to stay on this to do train and then begin to feel depleted, tired, annoyed and unable to figure out the why we are having these emotions. Sometimes we blame it on the wrong things, right? so on this episode I share how i began to implement selfcare and what that looked like for me and then I give you an assignment :).
