What does selfcare really mean and how do I do it?

As I saw all the stores ready for the most loving romantic holiday ever I couldnt help and think about how we show ourselves some love. 

we barely ever do, right? we are moms who has time for that? I hear ya!!

A couple of days ago I bought a wellness journal that has proven to be a bit challenging for me. Although I have always been focused on my exercises, my meals and my relax time, Quiet peaceful moments I didn't realize that being intentional with loving myself would present a challenge. Having to think about how I wanted to show myself some love through the day and how I would make it happen.
