How to practice self care and why!
Hey there my loves,
I hope you guys are doing great and ready to enjoy your valentines day. If you remember on our last chat we spoke about what was self-care and how to get it done. I also shared my experience with my wellness journal.
I tell you it has triggered thoughts and emotions and today we talk about why it important and what are things that we can do each day, every other day or twice a month. Whatever may work for you. Remember the practice is individually based.
Have a listen and feel empowered to give yourself the permission to practice self care because it is as simple as having a relationship with yourself and the positive feelings will have a ripple effect towards the rest of your life.
Those moments taken for yourself will relax your mind, recenter your body and renew your soul allowing you to show up in full fruition!!!
