Well My loves we have come to the end of Navigating & Building Healthy Relationships. I hope you enjoyed these episodes and style . I don't Know about you but I noticed that the toughest relationship is the one with ourselves. Listening to myself and these beautiful ladies engaging in a discussion about all the facets of life was wonderful and it doesn't feel so lonely anymore when we are all simply doing our best to be the healthiest most productive versions of ourselves.
Here you will hear me sharing a little bit about me and my challenges and how I discovered that tackling my health was not only going to help me but my relationships.
