Tackling the Fitness pillar because if not now then when?

In 2015 I had nooo idea that one DR visit would reveal so many issues slowly creeping in.


36 waist she said, 170 lbs the scale reveled and when the labs returned, BMI, Cholesterol and all my levels in RED.


Was that enough to shift me into taking control of my Fitness pillar my overall health NOPE! Was shopping for a wedding and not finding what felt right enough nope. It was my insecurities of loosing my marriage that woke me up!!

Stories that I was making up because I was insecure about how I felt and looked. So I went for it 1 change each day!

So today While we are in the holiday season I wanted to motivate you not to wait on 2024 to begin discovering what you want your health to be like. Not to wait and starting! Change one little thing, just one and do it each day. no need to go from 0-100 but very necessary to begin with small implementable steps.
