I hope you have allowed yourself some grace this past week and have allowed yourself to forgive for anything that was challenging in 2023 and have left it in 2023. Be ok with the experiences had and learned and get ready to Pivot.
Last year I began the year on a high just screaming to the work that it was the year I would set the world on fire on all m y dreams would come true. Well that was not necessarily the case. By the time February came around I like many of you began to get back into old routines and life got BUSY!!
Seriously, I was back juggling my corp Job, home, Family and entrepenurialship and before I knew it I was so busy juggling everything around my work hours that I left my dreams and desires out of the mix and slowly but surely I had left my fitness pillar out of the mix as well.
At the same time my family was dealing with alot of health concerns with our elderly and that required me to be present for them and assist more, others in the family facing mental health struggles and the pain that onset caused everyone was also inflicting how i showed up for myself.
So My loves as you come in to your new year, have grace and love for yourself. Ease in to the new year as you set up your planners, choose your journals, or Perhaps you are getting ready to tackle your fitness pillar this year. Go Easy and have peace over the changes you will make. 2024 is a year of overflow where you will get all you want.
