welcome back my loves to another chat here at interludes of serenity! This week I invite you to join me in being open minded to see yourselves through the experiences of our guest and truly committing to your personal growth no matter which pillar of your life you decide to begin with.

Our guest is a women that truly represents the title of this weeks episode. I met her about 2 years ago now when I decided to become an integrative nutrition health coach. I was just starting my new entrepreneur journey and joined her community when she was a part of the beachbody/bodi company. Her leadership , her passion for health , faith and family was an inspiration to me and all of those she led.

Now, Please know that her journey began like many of us begin. She found herself at a point in her life where she was not pleased with her body , her goals and her everyday to do list. She was dealing with sciatic pains, breakouts , gut health issues and as if that wasn't enough she was basically a single mom raising her 2 babies alone while her husband was away serving our country and she held down an 8-5 corporate job!

I know we can also see ourselves somewhere in her journey right? Our guest today is Ivy Morales!

Today she takes us to the begin when she decides to strive for better health which then led her to become an entrepreneur woman building a more than 6 figure business to now in her mid 40's shifting again!
