I'm Madeline Nieves Harrison - Certified nutrition and Wellness Coach, yoga Instructor, Specializing in hormone and gut health, and founder of Interludes of Serenity. I help women pause from life's demands to restore their body, renew their mind, and nourish their soul. 

After leaving corporate life and walking through my own season of healing and rediscovery, I felt called to create a space where woman could experience Whole-Person wellness - physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Through faith rooted coaching, movement, mindful nutrition, and restorative gatherings. I guide women towards intentional living, deeper peace, and God given joy.
